My Journey
From Execution to Leadership to Mentorship

My career in digital marketing didn’t start with teaching. It started with hands-on execution.

I spent the early years of my career deeply involved in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and conversion optimization managing real budgets, handling real pressure, and being accountable for real business results.

Over time, I moved into leadership roles where my responsibility shifted from running campaigns to guiding strategy, building systems, and making growth decisions. This is where I saw a clear pattern emerge.

Most businesses weren’t struggling because of poor execution. They were struggling because of unclear thinking, wrong priorities, and reactive decision-making.

That realization changed my direction. I stepped away from day-to-day execution and chose to focus on helping founders and teams think better about marketing so execution becomes simpler, more focused, and more profitable.

Today, my work revolves around consulting, mentorship, corporate training, and workshops where the goal is not to “do marketing”, but to build clarity, confidence, and long-term decision-making ability.
