01. You agree by using this site.

By accessing this website or enrolling in any course, cohort, or consulting engagement offered by Kuldeep Singh Rathore ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all students, clients, and anyone who purchases our educational products or services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kuldeep Singh Rathore, a digital marketing coach based in India.

We offer the following services through this website:

Courses

Online Courses

Self-paced digital marketing courses covering Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and freelancing skills.

Cohort

Live Cohort Program

A structured group coaching program with live sessions, networking, and community support.

Consulting

Founder Consulting

One-on-one consulting for business owners looking to scale through digital marketing strategy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. Enrolled students will be informed in advance, with offered reasonable alternatives or refunds where applicable.

03. Pricing, payments & refunds.

All prices are listed in INR (₹). Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment partners.

  • Online Courses — Full refund available within 7 days if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
  • Live Cohort — Refunds available up to 48 hours before the cohort start date. No refunds once the cohort has commenced
  • Founder Consulting — Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Prepaid consulting packages are non-refundable after the first session

To request a refund, email info@crevekuldeep.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Our content belongs to us.

All content on this website — including course material, slides, videos, frameworks, templates and written guides — is the intellectual property of Kuldeep Singh Rathore and is protected under applicable copyright law.

No redistribution You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell course content without prior written consent.
No recording Recording or screen-capturing live cohort sessions or video content is strictly prohibited.
No commercial use You may not use our brand name, logo, or content items for any commercial purpose.

05. What you share stays with us.

In consulting engagements, both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during sessions.

We will not share your business data, campaign performance, financials, or any information disclosed during our consulting relationship with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Everything shared in consulting sessions is strictly confidential. We treat your business privacy seriously.

06. Results will vary.

We share real results from our campaigns and students — but individual results will vary. Digital marketing success depends on many factors including your industry, budget, execution, market conditions, and effort applied.

Testimonials and case studies shown are real but not representative of average outcomes. By enrolling in any program, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and success depends on your own commitment and effort.

07. Our liability is limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuldeep Singh Rathore shall not be liable for any indirect, economic, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Errors or inability to use our services
  • Decisions based on advice provided in courses or consulting sessions
  • Losses arising from campaigns or marketing strategies taken after our services conclusion
  • Technical inaccuracies, downtime, or interruptions to platform access

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

08. How to cancel or reschedule.

You may cancel your enrolment in consulting engagements at any time, subject to the refund conditions in Section 3.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full reschedule or refund at your discretion.

For cancellations, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule effectively. This helps us accommodate changes efficiently.

09. Jurisdiction & disputes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We encourage resolving any disputes amicably first. Please contact us directly before pursuing legal action.
